Drabble 12

3:41. Remember what I said about the day finishing when I sleep (or 6am)? Seriously, it's been a busy week. I hate exams.

An elderly wizard stood in the clearing, alone but for the mad prophet. “The chosen one will come when the skies rain fire and the sun and moon are –“ the prophet started, but right at that moment a dragon landed in the clearing, crushing him with one large, heavy paw. It took a moment for the wizard to register what had just happened, and a few more for him to realise what that meant. Since the prophet was in no state to finish the prophesy, the wizard decided to just make something up and hope it was almost accurate.
