When
Blue returned to the woods there was no sign of Araziel besides her
shoes, which had been left lying at the base of a tree. If he had
been sensible he would have just waited there for her, rather than
running blindly into the woods with no idea where she'd actually
gone, and it was a testament to how much he'd actually grown this
past year that he considered it. Then he remembered why he used to
leave being sensible to Raven, set down the apples and reigns with
Araziel's shoes, picked a direction at random and started running.
