When they had eventually returned to Tzu’s camp Tzu and
Raven immediately disappeared into Tzu’s tent, presumably to discuss whatever
had just happened. Blue had remained outside with the horses, not wanting to
get involved with the politics, and took the time to address his stolen horse. “You
know, for a horse, you really aren’t that bad,” he told it, patting the horse’s
nose. Mostly the horse just stood there, and Blue didn’t get the impression it
was particularly bright, but he was finding he didn’t mind that. He supposed he
might have words with Tzu about keeping it himself.
